its kind of like o fortuna, but there's no vocals.. the intensity just keeps goin up and up.
iv'e heard it a few times, last time was in the cinemas. it was playin during a trailer for an action/crime move (don't remeber what it was) and it was playin while the trailer was in slow motion and all the intense emotional images were being shown

Our best guess from your decription is Edvard Grieg "In The Hall Of The Mountain King." It starts out slow and sneaky like this and ends up fast and intense like this.

Another possibility is one very cool soundtrack piece we're hearing in lots of movie trailers these days - "Lux Aeterna" by Clint Mansell from his soundtrack to the 2000 film "Requiem For A Dream."

A rearranged version of "Lux Aeterna" was used in the trailer for the 2002 film "The Lord Of The Rings: The Two Towers." The piece, renamed "Requiem For A Tower," was made especially for the trailer and included full orchestra and a choir.

Since then, "Lux Aeterna" has become popular in other movie trailers - for films like "Zathura," "The Da Vinci Code," "Sunshine," "Babylon A.D." and the TV series "Lost." It is also used on "Sky Sports News" and is the theme for "Soccer Saturday."
