The first one is definitely "Summer" from Antonio Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons" concertos.

The second one (Brian Kendrick TNA theme) certainly seems inspired by it. A sort of amped-up sound-a-like that copies the chord progression and emphasizes the beat for dramatic effect.

The company that used the 2nd one is known for ripping off popular songs in ways that avoid copyright. I'd had thought this piece would be free of such restrictions by now.
