It's a fast paced piece, and I associate it with horse riding, although I think there was an advertisement for a car that featured this piece. However, I'm from Germany, maybe this ad didn't make it into other countries.
The reason I connect it to horse riding may be because the beginning sounds like a horse galopating... like "dum dumdumdum dumdum dumdumdum dumdum dumdumdum dum dumdumdum" the italic part gets higher with every dum, the bold part gets lower with every dum...
