What's that classical music I heard?

Please Name This Music

This is some music I have been wanting to know the name of for AGES. No, seriously. It's used in everything, and this is the most I've ever heard of it. Any help would make you my eternal hero, as I've done pretty much everything imaginable to find the name of it! I put a recording of the programme "Faster Than the Speed of Light?" up on YouTube, and here it is:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2SKfFEUI ... e=youtu.be

If the clip doesn't work, it sounds like: an xylophone or celesta playing two notes close together, and repeating, then some strings play two sweeping notes, and it repeats with different notes.
I know that's not much to go on, but the clip should work! It's in nearly every science documentary I've watched, and is very elusive, so if anybody knows it, I'll be happy.
Thanks in advance,
Joe
