I don't know about sexy album covers, but one of my album covers is WEIRD!
The Sawallisch recording of Bartok's Duke Bluebeard's Castle is silver with a woman's face merging with blue facial hair and a castle tower in the far distance. The back has a portrait photo of Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau and Julia Varady looking reallly glum and a bit spooky.
Great recording though.
If anyone else has similar covers, I wonder what they are like.
